Online Application Submission Procedure

Grant applications are due December 3, 2012.

Applications may be delivered to the UNITE office by 5:00 p.m., Monday, December 3, 2012. The UNITE office is located at 135 E. Bankhead Street, New Albany in the former U. S. Post Office building.

Applications received by midnight December 3, 2012 will be accepted.

Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

Please attach a list of current officers/board members and a copy of official 501 (c)(3) status to the application as a JPEG image or PDF file.
